At Young And Wicked, operated by Upscale Ecom, LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, contact us at:

  • item(s) you wish to return
  • reason for return
  • photos (if item is damaged or defective)

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA REQUIRED)

All returns require prior authorization.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide:

  • return instructions
  • return address
  • RMA number

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return:

  • item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • item must be unused and in original condition
  • item must be in original packaging (where applicable)

Non-returnable items:

  • final sale items
  • customized or personalized products

RETURN SHIPPING

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, we will cover return shipping costs
  • For all other returns, customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

Banks may take additional time to post the refund.

EXCHANGES

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us for a replacement.

For other exchanges, contact us before returning your item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet processed.
